The scholarship programme at European Citizen Action Service office in Brussels continues into 2006! So far a number of NGO leaders from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Latvia, Ukraine, Belarus have already visited ECAS.
For the year 2006 there were already selected the participants from Montenegro, Lithuania, Macedonia. Un răspuns la “Scholarship opportunities for NGO leaders from Moldova!”
